??????Best of 2017?????? when @lageorgienne is killing the shoe game on our trip to Cuba. This one we shot at our casa particular in Trinidad, where we stayed at Roberto & Nena’s house. One of the loveliest hosts of our trip and their living room floor was just amazing. I’ll post some more behind the scenes images on my Stories. #cubanfloors#gucci##gucciprincetown
?????? Best of 2017 ?????? One of my biggest highlights of this year was definitely our trip to Cuba to shoot a new series on cuban floors. The sheer amount of different floors we found there was just unbelievable and I still have the impression that I just scratched the surface. Here’s an yet unpublished image of this series in collaboration with @gucci. I shot this one in Santa Clara, a little paradise for floors. #cubanfloors#gucci#gucciprincetown

????????Cubanfloors???????? The cuban floors series in collaboration with @gucci continues with another vibrant image of a floor from Trinidad! We shot this one in a private cuban home. Trinidad has totally different vibe compared to Havana or Cienfuegos. It’s more calm and it feels a bit more like an ancient town that stopped at a moment in time. The historic old center is filled with colorful old houses and in the cobble stone streets you might not only encounter beautiful vintage cars but also many horse carriages. Still a reliable mode of transportation in the area. Check my Stories for impressions from Trinidad! #cubanfloors#gucci#gucciprincetown#trinidad#sponsored
????????Cubanfloors???????? We start the weekend with another special floor of my cuban floors series in collaboration with @gucci. This one we found in Havana in Martina’s casa particular (AirBnB) that we stayed at. I did a lot of research beforehand on AirBnB, Tripadvisor,.. to find locations with cool floors. Naturally I only booked our accommodations at places that had interesting floors. Martina’s house had a few beautiful floors (check stories) and in general I would highly advise staying at a casa particular with the locals rather than a hotel. The experience is so much better and more interesting as we got hear a lot of stories about their life and Cuba in general. We are preparing a havana guide on @lageorgienne blog, where we share our favourites spots in Havana with you. I’ll probably be online by tomorrow. #cubanfloors#gucci#gucciprincetown#havana#cuba#sponsored
????????Cubanfloors???????? This evening I have this very special image from my cuban floor series in collaboration with @gucci for you. Sometimes you enter a building and discover something so beautiful that it just takes your breath away. Same happened to us when we entered a house in Trinidad and saw this floor. (i’ll share some more behind the scenes images on Stories) @lageorgienne is becoming a real competition for mix&match game here. #cubanfloors#gucci#gucciprincetown#trinidad#sponsored
????????Cubanfloors???????? My expectations and excitement for this series were very high and I am happy that I cam back home with such a variety of beautiful image. I am also more than happy and grateful that @gucci supported me for this series and made things possible. Some of you might have spotted the floor already on my Stories. Another floor gem from Martina’s home (our host in Havana) that I shot in her kitchen where the floor had this beautiful ornaments. #cubanfloors#gucci#gucciprincetown#havana#cuba#sponsored
????????Cubanfloors???????? Let’s kick off this week with another beauty from Havana from my newest series on cuban floors in collaboration with @gucci. Havana has some incredible beautiful tile floors, but they are a bit more difficult to spot compared to the other cities in Cuba. Main reason being that most of the apartments are situated on the first or second floor and therefor it’s hard the get a peek inside from the street. We found this floor at Susanna & Paolo’s apartment in Centro Habana. We stayed with them for the first 2 nights and they have renovated this old apartment and now regularly host visitors in their home (check Stories). Yesterday evening we have published our first cuba blog on Havana on @lageorgienne’s blog. I linked it in Stories. There you’ll find also more info on all the cool places we stayed at! #cubanfloors#gucciprincetown#gucci#cuba#havana#sponsored
????????Cubanfloors???????? We continue the cuban floors series in collaboration with @gucci. Yet another vibrant floor from Trinidad. The color palette of floors that I encountered in Cuba is totally different from what I am@used to find in Paris for example. When we walked through the cobble streets if Trinidad it was like finding one amazing floor after the other and one more beautiful and colorful than the next one. I have 10 more floors left to show you until the series is over and believe you won’t be disappointed to see what’s still to come. #cubanfloors#gucci#gucciprincetown#cuba#trinidad#sponsored
